Chairman Mr. M. Senthilkumar, the Promoter Chairman of BKS Textiles and Greenhome Furnishings, has more than four decades of experience in the Textile industry. His vision, global outlook and passion for textiles has shaped BKS into a responsible and quality-oriented manufacturer of woven fabrics and made ups over the years.
He has been the Chairman of the Powerloom Development and Export Promotion Council (PDEXCIL). He is the Former Chairman of the Palladam Hi-Tech Weaving Park (PHWP), the first integrated Textile Park established under the SITP scheme (Scheme for Integrating Textile Parks) by the Ministry of Textiles, Government of India. He was the Chairman of the Southern India Mills Association (SIMA) between 2015 and 2017.

Dr. Sudha Anand, Director of BKS Textiles and Greenhome Furnishings is a second-generation entrepreneur and is the Founder of Swaas, which operates retail stores and an online store (swaas.in), in India.
A doctor in medicine, Sudha joined BKS Textiles in 2008, drawn by her passion for entrepreneurship. After joining the business, Sudha jointly with her sister Sangeetha, grew BKS to new heights, from a turnover of 5 Million USD to 20 Million USD between 2010-2020.
Fully aware of the potential of the growing demand for international design trends with world class quality standards, she started Swaas in 2012 as a home enhancement brand to cater to the Indian market. The brand focuses on eco-friendly sustainable products made by a strong women workforce seeking to enhance their quality of life.
Her belief in the empowerment of women and providing them with the opportunities to succeed has seen her work tirelessly towards this goal at BKS Textiles.
A strong believer in ethical and value-based collaborative growth, she is a flag bearer for sustainability and responsible manufacturing within the company. Her passion for the creation of brands that showcase products made using low impact fiber, centering on sustainability and circularity, is unmatched.
